Weird Question for you: Do you know your CNB about your partner? Here's why it's important that you do...

Have you ever wondered HOW you end up in the same conflict, regardless of the topic of conversation? 

We all have CORE NEGATIVE BELIEFS. And I think most of us are aware of this at least to an extent. 

Perhaps you believe people can't really be trusted, because of childhood trauma. Or that you can't trust YOURSELF, because you were never allowed to make mistakes without big consequences.

But did you know we also have a core negative belief about our partner? 

Yup. And, even better, our core negative belief about them often interacts with their core negative belief about US. And that's how we end up on that conflict-merry-go round. 🎠

Figuring out these beliefs, understanding that they are exaggerations, is the hardest part for couples do on their own. That, and figuring out how to break away from it. 

And you don't have to. Do it on your own, that is. 

There is so much advice that I give in these emails and social media posts, and implimenting it will absolutely make a huge difference! You can shift your whole relationship with some tweaks!
